Return & Exchange Policy

At Tathya, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless return and exchange process. Please review the details below:

1. Return Policy

2-Day Return Policy:
We offer a customer-friendly 2-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged or tampered package, follow these steps:

  • Damaged or Tampered Package:
    If the package appears damaged or tampered with before delivery, refuse to accept it and return it to the delivery person. Immediately email us at  tathya.co.in@gmail.com with your Order ID to report the issue. We will issue a brand-new replacement at no additional cost. NOTE: We require a video of the unboxing process when you receive your Tathya package. We'll be only able to facilitate return/exchange ONLY IF photo & video both of unboxing is sent to us via E-mail with your order id.
  • Product Dislike:
    If you simply don’t like the product, log in to your account (or create a new one using the same email ID used for placing the order) and raise a return request via the "Return/Exchange" option in your account. NOTE: We require a video of the unboxing process when you receive your Tathya package. We'll be only able to facilitate return/exchange ONLY IF photo & video both of unboxing is sent to us via E-mail with your order id. We will arrange a doorstep pickup for the return.
  • Refunds:
    • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details during the return request process.

2. Exchange Policy

5-Day Exchange Policy:
We offer a 5-day exchange policy. To initiate an exchange:

  • Log in to your account (or create a new one using the same email ID used for placing the order).
  • Select the "Exchange" option in your account and submit your request.
  • We will arrange a doorstep pickup and ship the replacement product within 5-7 business days upon receiving the original item.

Important Notes for Exchanges:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Customized products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Further returns or exchanges of exchanged products are not allowed.
  • No discounts will be applied to exchange orders.

3. Additional Guidelines

  • Unboxing Video:
    We require a video of the unboxing process when you receive your Tathya package. We'll be only able to facilitate return/exchange ONLY IF photo & video both of unboxing is sent to us via E-mail with your order id. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Free Gifts:
    If returning an order, the accompanying free gift must also be returned.
  • Missed Pickups:
    If you fail to hand over the product at the time of the scheduled pickup, you must self-ship the product to our warehouse.
  • Partial Returns:
    If you return part of an order containing multiple products, the refund amount will be recalculated based on the applicable discount for the remaining products.

4. Exceptions

  • No Return or Exchange via Email or Social Media:
    Return or exchange requests will not be accepted via email, social media (Facebook/Instagram), or phone calls.
  • Missing Products:
    Claims for missing products require an unboxing video as evidence.

5. Guidelines for Eligibility

For your product to qualify for a return or exchange, ensure the following:

  • The item was delivered less than 48 hours ago for a return and within 5 days for an exchange.
  • The item is unused.
  • You have a receipt of the product, and the product’s packaging is intact.
  • We can accept only one exchange or returns for any jewelry item.
  • The item does not have any error, tarnish, or damage.
  • When sending back the product, please collect a receipt (physical or digital) confirming your return. This receipt serves as your guarantee for store credit, even if the product gets lost in transit.

6. Cancellation of Order

  • If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please let us know within 24 hours of placing it so we can fully refund the order price, which will show up in your account within 7 business days of cancellation.
  • The Production for your personalised piece starts within 24 hours so no cancellations request will be entertained after that.
  • All the communications related to cancellation shall be made via E-mail.

In case all the terms and conditions are abide by the brand, we'll be forced to take legal actions against you in case you try to defame the brand on any social platform.
