At Tathya, we’re excited to offer free shipping on all orders, anywhere in India. We want your shopping experience with us to be as smooth and delightful as possible. Here are a few details about our shipping process:

1. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery Time: Once your order is shipped, it is typically delivered within 4-7 business days across India.
  • Possible Variations: Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address and external factors, such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or delays caused by courier services.
  • Multiple Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.
  • Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays beyond our control may occur. Rest assured, we will keep you informed in case of any delays.
  • COD Orders : For COD orders, if there is a delay in confirmation from your end, the delivery timeline will be extended by at least one week from the date of confirmation. Additionally, a charge of ₹70  applies to all COD orders.

2. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Immediate Action: If you receive a damaged or broken product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving the product).
  • Unboxing Video: To help us resolve the issue swiftly, we require a video of the unboxing process for verification. This ensures we can take appropriate action and assist you in the best way possible.
  • We'll be only able to facilitate return/exchange ONLY IF photo & video both of unboxing is sent to us via E-mail.

3. Shipping Methods

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp from either us or our courier partner.
  • Track Your Package: This tracking number allows you to follow your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Order Cancellation by Tathya

In rare situations, Tathya may need to cancel an order. These situations may include:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • The product is deemed unfit for shipping.
  • There are restrictions on the number of products you can order due to an offer/discount’s terms and conditions.
  • There is incorrect pricing or description of the product on the website.
  • The buyer’s address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • Our courier partners are unable to service your address.
  • There is no confirmation from the costumers' end in case of COD orders.
  • Any other reason beyond Tathya's control.
